Fight Inflammation!

Good Morning!

Chronic inflammation is a condition that can be triggered by obesity and can ultimately lead to both cardiovascular and metabolic disease. Some foods that are known to combat unhealthy inflammation are citrus fruits, leafy greens, tomatoes, wild salmon, and whole foods high in fiber as reported by the University of Alabama at Birmingham in March 2013.  One of the best ways to fight inflammation is with a high quality fish oil to get a very specific omega 3 fatty acid...EPA.  When taken at sufficient doses EPA can be 1000x more anti-inflammatory than ibuprofen!  We carry Metagenics fish oil which is the best bang for the buck.  1 teaspoon produces 3g of omega 3.  Compared to typical store bought which would require approximately 15 pills for the same dose!  And the taste isnt tastes 95% lemon!
