Stay Full: Olive Oil!
According tot he Technical University of Munich in March 2013, consuming olive oil as part of your normal diet may help increase satiety (the feeling of fullness) following a meal. Good oils such as olive oil stay in the upper part of the small intestine longer so the gall bladder can produce bile to break down the fats. This of course gives you a feeling of fullness as your stomach produces the hormone leptin.
