VIDEO GAMES AND HAPPINESS?!
Recently the journal of Computers in Human Behavior reported that older adults who play video games are more likely to be happier and have better emotional health. Those who played video games (even those who said they just played occasionally) reported a greater sense of well-being. The seniors who did not play video games reported more negative emotions and a likelihood toward increased levels of depression.
Hate to say it folks but this study shows those mind rotting games are nothing of the sort. They help develop hand to eye coordination which develops to a small extent cerebellar brain stimulation. I think folks generally just like to play them as well. Just keep everything in moderation. Video games are no substitute for exercise and proper nutrition.
Have a blessed day!
