Good Morning!

As each generation grows older, they believe they are healthier than the previous generation. However, the baby boomers are unable to make this claim. Compared to the preceding generation at the same stage of their lives, fewer have "excellent" health (13% vs. 32%), more have high blood pressure (75% vs. 35%), and more are obese (36% vs. 25%).  These findings were reported in the Journal of the American Medical Association from February 2013!

Folks, we have to change what we are doing.  No longer can we just let ourselves go and rely on our physicians to give us medication or surgery later on so we can survive.  It is much better to be preventative and proactive with your health.  Start with time management and look how you can organize and/or condense  your schedule to free up time for exercise, food preparation from organic raw foods, spend time with your family and friends, allow prayer time and alone time with God, and of course if you need a health coach our office is always here for you to guide the way!

Leave the meds and surgery for emergency situations.  Lets aim to limit our need for medical care to the ER only!  I can dream can't I?!

Have a blessed and wonderful day!
