Limits Tech Interruptions
The Journal of Experimental Psychology in January 2013 found short interruptions (such as the few seconds it takes to silence that buzzing smart phone) have a surprisingly large effect on one's ability to accurately complete a task. Interruptions of just three seconds can double your chances for making errors.
These technology devices are supposed to make us more efficient but in reality its important to watch from a distance on how this really effects what counts....YOUR ability to get things done. Adding more to your plate isn't necessarily the best thing to do. Weigh your options, prioritize, and be sure to watch those stress levels.
Have a blessed weekend!
