Good morning!

Its that time, everyone is preparing their New Year's resolutions and this timely study from the American Menopause Society from November 2012 is relevant!  They found that women 45-72 years old who walked 6,000 or more steps a day had a significantly lower risk of developing diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.  Why not get a pedometer from your local sporting goods store and track how many steps you are taking toward better health.  The cost is nominal but the information is priceless!
